Returns Policy
How to return your Internet Purchase: We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund for item(s) you have purchased at www.jdbrownjewellers.co.uk within 14 days, if the item is in it's original box, original condition, unworn and receipt enclosed.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All returns should be posted to J D Brown Jewellers, 14 St. John’s Lane, Gloucester. GL1 2AT. You will need to pay the postage, we recommend using a secure courier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure the item is insured for loss in transit, and is able to be tracked. Please note that it is your responsibility for returning items to us, we cannot accept responsibility for items posted to us that are lost in transit.
